3. Product Information & Pricing

All product descriptions, images, and pricing are provided for informational purposes. We reserve the right to correct errors, update prices, or discontinue items without prior notice. Prices are listed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and exclude applicable taxes and shipping fees.

4. Orders & Payments

  • Orders are subject to availability and confirmation by Aquatic Jakarta Pet House.
  • We accept secure online payments via bank transfer and e-wallets as listed at checkout.
  • Payment must be completed within 24 hours of order placement; otherwise, the order may be canceled.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship across Indonesia using trusted logistics partners. Delivery times vary by location and are estimates only. Shipping costs and estimated delivery dates are displayed at checkout. We are not liable for delays caused by customs, natural disasters, or carrier errors.

6. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns of unopened, unused items within 7 days of delivery. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection. Custom or live aquatic products are non-returnable. For full details, see our Returns Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site—including text, logos, images, and software—is the property of Aquatic Jakarta Pet House or its licensors and is protected by Indonesian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Aquatic Jakarta Pet House is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or purchase of products. Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the affected item(s).

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of Jakarta, Indonesia.
